Thanks to its works on aspherical mirrors and video glasses, Optinvent is developing an innovative head up display technology that can be dashboard mounted accessory and can allow the driver to see a large virtual screen that displays speed and GPS data while still maintaining their eyes on the road. This will drastically improve the ergonomics and safety of using such GPS systems.
