Optinvent’s team has developed optical components for the next generation of portable video devices. Optinvent uses a patented optical system “Clear-Vu” to allow see-through capability whereby the user wearing the equipment can see a large virtual image and the outdoor environment at the same time. This application allows mobile video, information (sms, e-mail, GPS), and immersive 3D video game capability depending on the target device. This application is to portable video what headphones are to portable audio.
